'We' really are a very small (one man) operation.
Unfortunately, that man is going on a several month trip, and cannot take all the FTL merchandise, which means there is no one to ship it. We did try to get everything run through a fulfillment center - but it didn't work out in time.
All orders placed before this will be shipped (or have been) and we will leave the ordering process open for any pre-orders you may feel like placing (perhaps to get some holiday shopping done early)
The store is being placed into PREORDER mode until at least October / November.

International Orders
SHIPPING COSTS for international orders will be handled on a case by case basis and a handling fee of $5.00 will be added. Please send an e-mail to JOHNSON@FREETALKLIVE.COM as you place your order and let me know if you would like to use a non-government shipping option. (this will be quite expensive) or if you would simply like to ship via the USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or problems caused by Government Shipping.
PreOrder Policy
If you are preordering a product, please be aware that it may take MONTHS for enough orders to be placed for us to manufacture the product. If you place an order including a preorder product, we will HOLD YOUR ENTIRE ORDER until the preordered product has been manufactured. If you are a pre-order we will make sure that your product gets to you fast as possible once we do start manufacturing them. If we do not receive enough orders, we will simply refund your preordered product in full, and ship the remainder of your order.
Standard Shipping Policy
Firstly, We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes becuase we do not use government shipping. (Read the PES laws if you want to get angry)
Also, please be aware that we are not a big business, but a tiny operation run by one busy person for no current monetary gain. We are not a Walmart, or an Amazon. Calling this a "Mom n' Pop" business would mean that there would be 100% more people working here and that everyone would be a dedicated employee making a living off the store. As of now no one is making a profit from this, and the store exists purely as an area for marketing and support of the show. There is only one employee at the moment, and that's me, Johnson. Feel free to e-mail me, as the only benefit to being so small is that I can offer you plenty of customer serice.Free Talk Live would love to make a profit from this store in the future, but as of right now this business is simply too small. We are working on making many big improvements for the future that will improve the situation. However, as of right now, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your product to arrive. I will do my best to make sure that the item gets to you sooner, and usually it will, however, we do try to clump orders together for shipping which means that I often hold orders, and ship on one specific day each week. If you need any special considerations made with your order, please feel free to e-mail me in advance, and I will do my best to take care of them.
BackOrder Policy
